Mopa Laser Marking Machine
MOPA laser marking machine is a fiber laser that uses a direct electrically modulated semiconductor laser as a seed source (MOPA) solution, with perfect laser characteristics and good pulse shape control capabilities. Compared with Q-switched fiber lasers, MOPA lasers have greater flexibility, can achieve lower and higher frequencies, and have smaller light-on delays. Compared with conventional lasers, the seed source uses waveform compensation, the amplified pulse deformation is corrected, and the output pulse energy is higher.

Product Features
Due to the short pulse and lower pulse energy, the thermal effect of the processed material is smaller and the heat-affected area is also smaller, so the laser processing of metals and plastics has more advantages and brings more possibilities:
- Less influence on the edge of the engraving when metal engraving
- Less thermal effect in metal annealing and marking, thereby improving the corrosion resistance of the metal
- Generate reproducible annealing color on stainless steel
- Black marking of anodized aluminum
- Controlled melting laser processing of plastics
- Lower foaming effect in plastic processing
- Better homogeneity, higher contrast in some plastic marking applications
At the same time, it has the following advantages of traditional fiber laser processing:
- Maintenance-free
- Long life
- Air cooling
- Low cost
- Application materials
This product is widely used in metals and some non-metals: such as gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, chrome steel,
Aluminum alloy, alumina, non-transparent acrylic, nylon, ABS, PES, PVC, PET, other surface coating materials, surface electroplating materials, surface painting materials, etc.
